It seems just like yesterday when I was in High School and having to carry around a floppy disk with a book report on the disk and I was having to carry around the disk back and forth between home and school and hoping in the process the file does not get corrupted, earlyer this year Google did it again came up with a smart product called Google Docs, it makes sharing documents easy with an online based text editor that can be easly saved right on Google so no need to Save it to a disk and maintain that disk.
Web-Based programs seems to be where the future is reading, using Google docs, once you get to typing it acts like thoses expensive software like Microsoft Office.
One of Googles biggest targets of Google Docs is High School students says Mashable, they go on say.
Google Apps suite, which has been targeting colleges and universities for full implementation of its tools, is reaching deeper into the education system to appeal to high school teachers.
I think this is deffently SMART, other companys like Adobe are doing it now as far as Web-Based photo editors. You can read the rest of this story over at Mashable.Com
